At our Bespoke Beauty Bar you will dive into the benefits of herbs + oils for your self-care routine, in a fun workshop led by The Willow Field, and then create a custom bath salt or herbal aroma roller to take home!

You’re invited to the 1st Thursdays Art Walk in Downtown San Pedro! I’ve teamed up with the amazing Kim of Styled by Soluna to bring you a custom bath salts bar!

Choose from different bases, herbs and flowers to create a unique and one of a kind bath soak! Kids of all ages are welcome to join in the fun!

Meet the Maker series — This Sunday, meet me (Cait) at the shop and learn how to make your own elderberry syrup!

It’s totally free to pop in and participate in the workshop! If you’d like to take home a DIY kit so you can make it yourself, you’ll need to reserve one ahead of time here.

Botanical Medicine Making

Join Caitlin Yoshioka from The Willow Field for an interactive experience where you will get to feel, smell and use plants as medicine. Workshop attendees will be treated to a hands-on creation session where they will learn about using plants to make simple medicinal remedies, including how to use herbs to treat inflammation and sore muscles. Each attendee will be able to make and bring home their own herbal muscle balm in a biodegradable container. This workshop is open to all ages and can be a fun experience for youth as well as their parents.

Join us for the launch of The Great’s new sleep wear line! We’ll have a custom made bath soak and herbal tea bar for you to create products to support your sleep routine!

Learn about keeping your body healthy during the winter season using elderberry syrup! All students will be able to make their own syrup to take home as well as information about the herb and other great recipes.
