Shipping & Returns
All of our products are made with clean, minimal, organic + sustainable ingredients. Everything is handmade in small batches here in Long Beach, CA, so while each batch may vary to the slightest degree, quality and consistency is always our goal.
Returns:
Unfortunately since our products are often made to order, we cannot accept returns at this time. That said, we want all of our customers to be happy and find joy in our products. Please reach out to us at hello@thewillowfield.com if there was a problem with your order and we will try our hardest to make it right.
Please do keep in mind that you are buying 100% natural, small batch, handcrafted products, so variation may occur.
Shipping:
Orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days, sometimes a week if it's a holiday, or if we are having a promotion.
We ship via USPS. We offer flat rate ($10) for priority shipping in the US for orders up to $75, and free US standard shipping on orders over $75.
The Willow Field is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked "Delivered" by the carrier. If you need your package shipped "signature required," please leave us a note in the comments section of your order.
Express 2-day US shipping is available for a flat fee of 25.00, and usually ships via USPS.
International shipping will be via USPS or UPS, and is weight based. THE WILLOW FIELD IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES ONCE THEY HAVE LEFT THE USA. We cannot predict or control the customs charges for international shipments - we are not responsible for additional duties or customs charged by the destination country.
Do shipping rates seem a bit high? That's because we only use glass jars and bottles for all of the products. Glass is easily reusable, recyclable, and (unlike plastic) is impervious to chemical breakdown by essential oils, but this does make packages a bit heavier. We make every effort to keep shipping costs down while also ensuring no breakage.
